" I have referred new patients to Dr. Del Toro's office in the past, and will continue to do so.  We have been very pleased with Dr. Del Toro and his staff since our first consult with our oldest child several years ago.  At that time he was practicing at an office close to our home.  When he opened his Bee Caves office there was no question that we would drive to Bee Caves in order to have him continue to treat our children.  We have the utmost confidence in Dr. Del Toro's qualifications as an orthodontist.  Because he is a PhD and an instructor as well as a practicing orthodontist, he has access to the newest technology and and the most up-to-date practices in the field. 

(I don't know the right wording for the "high tech" braces both girls have had; We are aware of neighbors with other orthodontists who have not had the option for "high tech braces". They have benefited both of our children in terms of comfort and less time spent in the office. We are also aware of other orthodontists who have turned to having teeth pulled early in the treatment cycle. Because of my kids' situations with lots of crowding I alway appreciated the fact that pulling teeth was approached by Dr. Del Toro as an option that we would consider as a last resort instead of at the start of treatment.)

We have be a customer for several years.   Dr. Del Toro and his staff know each patient and their family. My children and I always feel welcome and comfortable in his office.  The office is always on schedule; we rarely, if ever, have to wait.  By the same token they have always worked with us to reschedule when needed and have gone out of their way to accomodate us when we have had conflicts arise.
I met with other orthodontists after our insurance changed and we believed we would need to change to another provider.  Upon comparing pricing and services, we found there was essentially no significant difference in pricing.  Having an orthodontist that we knew and trusted with our children was the most important thing to our family.  

If we had another family member that needed braces we would return to Dr. Del Toro without question.  We have relied on him to understand and utilize the newest trends and technology in orthodontics, and to assist us in making well-informed treatment plans for two children; we would certainly want his advice and knowledge if another family member was in need of orthodontic treatment. I am willing to drive my children to the best possible doctor's and dentists even if they are quite a distance from our home.  I've driven my youngest 90 miles to see an eye specialist just so she could get the best care available.  These new braces are successful for my daughter; using a shorter amount of time and less maintenance because of no rubber bands I know we made the right choice in bringing her to your office.  My younger will be seeing you in the near future for her dental issues."
